Change...If I don't see the template I want, can I design a new one?
Yes, most mats can be changed to fit your needs, especially the sports mats. If you don't see what your looking for design it and fax to me at 916-355-0530.

Change...If I don't see the color of the mat I want can I change it?
Yes, go to "Mat Color" on the top navigation bar to look at the standard color of mats available. Write down the color code of the mat you want. Write the mat color code number in the space provided on line #8 of the Order Form

Change...If I don't see the art design I want can I order one designed?
Yes, email me what you have in mind and I will see if I can design one.

Create Mat......Create a mat design?
Just follow the steps as outlined on the Home page. Once this is done fill out the order form and send.

Deco Corners.....What are Deco Corners?
The corners of a rectangle or square mat can be cut in various sizes, shapes and designs Each corner can be cut individually using a different cutout for each one if desired or they can all be cut the same. Go to the "Corners" area down the left side of the page under the heading "Inventory For Sale" Find the corner you like and note the number located below the sample picture. You will need this number when filling out the online order form. On the Order Form itself abbreviations "TL" refers to Top Left", "TR" for Top Right, "BL" Bottom Left and "BR" Bottom Right.

Design---What are designs?
We custom design images that are cut into the mat board by a computerized mat cutter. These designs can be placed anywhere on the mat board along side the picture opening to create a unique mat.

Design Number---How do I determine the Design number?
The design number is located under each mat in Section #1 Designs. It begins with two (2) letters such as BB (for Baseball) and is followed by a two digit number. (example the Catcher/Umpire design is BB-01)

Design Number---Does the Design refer to the whole mat?
NO, that would be in the template section. The design number only refers to the image cut out in the mat. ie in the Baseball section BB-01 refers only to the cutout of the catcher and umpire.If you wanted to order this exact mat, you would order Template P5A... Design BB-01... and whatever mat color choice you make.

Jersey Numbers---How do I have my jersey number cut into the mat design?
Indicate the jersey number on line #7 of the Mats2go Order Form. If you want a jersey number placed in your mat make sure you enter the jersey number on the form. Orders received without a jersey number on the order form will be made as if no jersey number existed.

Jersey Numbers---Do team orders include jersey numbers?
Only if requested and a list of numbers is submitted with the original order form. There is no additional cost for this service.

Landscape photograph
Landscape photograph is a photograph that is horizontal in nature. It is shorter in height and its longer dimentional is its width. Normally team pictures are horizontal or landscape.

Logo Box....What is a logo box?
A logo box is a opening that is cut into the mat that will accommodate a team or tournament logo. Generally speaking, this will be done for a sports orientated mat such as hockey, baseball or soccer. Most of the mats currently on this web site were designed for specific events and/or teams so they were designed with this opening.

Logo Box....Can the logo box be removed?
Yes, find a template in the Layout section that does not include the logo box.

Mat Colors....What is a Mat Color Code ?
A Color Code is a four digit number that applies to a pre-determined collection of colored mats. These mats can be located on the right side of the top horizontal Navigation Bar under the heading "Mat Colors" Each mat located in this section consists of a top and bottom mat combination. Each mat has a different color combination and is grouped according to the color of the top mat.

Mat Colors....How is the Color Code sorted?
Color Codes are sorted "by number" and by the "sports team name " that the mat is associated with. The mats are placed in this section by numerical order. Under each mat is the list of teams whose jersey colors would match these particular mat colors. The second section, "By Team", the mats are sorted by Team Name in alphabetical order. Under each mat on the site is the Color Code used for that particular mat

Mat Color Code....What do I do with the Color Code?
Once you make your color selection ie, the Color Code... write it down. You will enter this number on the Order Form in box #3

Mat Color Code....Do I have to accept the color of the mat I viewed on the site?
No, you can choose whatewver mat color you desire. Select whatever color combination you want and enter information on the order form or when prompted to do so during the Paypal process.

Order...Order a Mat?
If the mat does not have a shopping cart button under place an order via the "Order Form". Order form links may be found on the top navigation bar and/or bottom of the "Home Page". Follow the instructions on the "Home Page". You will need a mat number and Color Code number. Please fill out complete form even if some of the information requested does not apply to your order.

Payment....What happens after I pay through Paypal.
Prior to sending payment you should have filled out the order form with your mat order. If you have done this, nothing else needs to be done, Paypal sends me a announcement that you have paiid along with your shipping address. Expect your mat order within 2-3 weeks. I will contact you should any problems occur with the order or delivery time.

Payment....What forms of payment do you accept?.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments via your existing Paypal Account. If you do not have a Paypal account we also accept these same cards via telephone order. We also accept personal and business checks, however we reserve the right to wait 14 days until check clears to process the order. A $30.00 fee will be assessed on checks that fail to clear bank no exceptions!!.

Payment...How do I pay for the mat(s)?
Three Payment options. First Paypal..Once the form is emailed, go to the "Paypal Payment" located at the left navigation bar and at the Paypal icon located at the bottom of the "Home Page". Find the button that applies to your order and click the Paypal button to make payment via Paypal. Second...Credit Card... Phone Mats2go at 916-355-0450 and give us your credit card information. Third....Personal Checks are accepted. Mail check to address listed under the heading at the top of this page. This however will result in a two week delay in processing your order

Paypal....What is Paypal?
Paypal is an Ebay company that enables you to set up an account to transfer money through the Internet via their secure web site. Your account may be linked to your personal checking account or credit card. By setting up an account with Paypal, I am able to accept credit card payments for my mat designs. Portrait photographs.....
Portrait photographs are taken in a vertical format. The smallest dimention of the photgraph is its width and the larger will be its height

Prices....Do I get a price break for sports team orders"
Yes, Team pricing begins with 10th mat ordered. Go to "Pricing" page at the top navigation bar to view team pricing. If paying by Paypal, click the appropriate "10+ Paypal button that corresponds to you order located on the left navigation bar down the left side of page.

Price....Price a Pre-designed Mat?

Prices....Price A New Mat"
Prices for sizes 16x20 or larger are priced on a case by case basis depending upon the nature of the design. Fill out the order form describing what you would like to have designed and email us for a price quote. You are under no obligation to purchase or pay for anything until we agree on a price for the design you desire. Payment may be made by credit card through the "shopping cart" via Paypal or by calling direct to 916-355-0450. Do not submit credit card numbers via web site email.

Rush requests---Do you accept Rush requests?
Yes, and I currently do not charge extra for it!!! Send me a email or place it on the Order form under the Comments Section. I'll email you back to confirm that I can accomodate your request.

Sales Tax---Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, Shipping and state sales tax will be added during the shopping cart process or after you order is received and credit card information is phoned in.

Security---Is your payment secure when paying through the Mats2go web site?
Yes, Payment via Paypal is secure because once you click the Paypal button your in the Paypal web site and their web site is secure. Course you already know that if your a member of Paypal. You do not want to send credit card information in any email and the Mats2go email is no different. We request you to phone with you credit card information.

Shipping charges---Do you charge shipping?
Yes, Shipping and state sales tax will be added during the shopping cart process or at the time order is placed via the order form. See "Pricing" on top navigation bar to view shipping charges

Shipping charges---Why the difference in shipping charges via Paypal and Credit card phone orders.?
Shipping charges vary based on several factors including shipping destinations, weight, size and cost. Because of limitations in Paypal shipping charges are based upon the maximum charge to cover delivery to the East Coast.

Team Sales---Do you offer discounts for team sales?
Yes, refer to "Pricing" on the top navigation bar.

Team Name---Why isn't my team name in the "Team Name Section"?
Only because I have not cut a mat with that team name yet. Any Team name can be placed in a 11x14 mat as long as does not contain more than ten capitalized (10) letters or twelve letters using upper and lower case letters. Fill out the Mats2go order form wait a couple of days and check back. I will cut a sample and place it in the database..

Templates....What is a Template?
The templates are pre-designed layouts of existing mats. They are designed based on the orientation of the photograph and the placement of features such as team names, jersey numbers, openings for logos and text.

Templates....How do I view a actual mat of the template I'm looking at in the "6-Templates" section?
That easy, just hit "click" on the template to view a actual mat of that design. You may also go to the "sample" area and look at the various examples of that template.

Text Box...What is a text box?
A text box is an opening cut into the mat that will facilitate the entry of personal information. You provide the information that will be placed into this box. Text will be printed via computer and mounted onto the inner mat surface. Text will be printed as large as possible unless directed to do otherwise. Font size will depend on the amount of text to be entered and all text will be the same size unless directed to do otherwise.

Tournament Logos---What is the purpose of this page?
These are logos of tournaments or shows we have displayed and showcased our mats. Parents from 238 cities and 29 States have purchased our 11x14 sports mats.
